After my daughter grew up, I quit putting up a real tree. Loved
putting them up the day after Thanksgiving (traditional here) but
a pain in the butt taking them down afterwards. I don't bother
anymore. I did almost put one up one year just for ferrets to
enjoy. The young one would have loved climbing in it. The older
one would have been happy just sleeping underneath. Ferrets are
easily satisfied with new things.

I also have the little ceramic tree like Jill showed but mine is
colored green. My father in law made that in a crafts-class many
years ago. I didn't even get that out this year...bah humbug!
