I do that all the time in my neighborhood. Walking trash down the
street to the dumpster, I'll stop and pick up debris as I'm
going. Why not? I heading to the trash anyway.

We have men patrolling our streets every day each with a bin bag and a long
stick with (kind of) tongs on the end they use to pick up rubbish. I was
surprised to see one today, trudging through the snow
