Easy enough. Salt, pepper, garlic is all you need, but you can add
rosemary or basil, or oregano if you'd like. Just don't overcook it.
For a loin roast I'd take it out at 145 to 150 and let rest. For a butt
or picnic I'd go to 175 or so.
