Once when dh was outside doing yard chores some woman allowed her dog to
poop on our front lawn and then she walked off. He said he was too surprised
to say anything at the time, so he got a plastic bag and cleaned it up, if
it was me...I would have chased her down and made her come back while giving
HER the plastic bag to clean it up. Good thing she got him. LOL
