Ed has the right idea..... return it to the owner's house.

I take my dog to a leash free park. Most of the people are pretty good
about cleaning up after their dogs, and are also pretty good about
letting owners know that their dog has had a dump. There is the
occasional person who seems to think that picking up their dog's shit is
beneath them, and they will be reminded that it is their responsibility.
