Well, what I plan on is to include the oranges this time ;-D , cut the
sugar back by 1 lb, and use brewers yeast. The batch I made 2 years
ago (hmm, doesn't seem like that long ago.) is still a little sweet
for my tastes, although it's very good for after dinner sippin'.
Only problem with lettin' ya know is that it'll probably be another
couple of years before I know, but I'll post the results when it's
opened.
