I have a deep fryer. I don't remember the last time I used it. It's
a pain to clean. All I want is a big slab of fried catfish a couple
of times a year. I can't get that around here. Actually, I can't get
decent fried fish around here. I think you have to be near one of
those really big bodies of water for people to treat fish prep
decently.
