My little one rib came out perfect. Medium rare, though I had to put my wife's
piece under the broiler for a minute since she doesn't like red meat. I cooked
it at 450 for a half hour then reduced the oven to 325. Had a probe in the meat
set to go off at 125 degrees, Perfect! I was very happy. Had gravy, twice baked
potatoes, broccoli and dinner rolls. Happy New Year!
