Ok, spelling jabs aside, then you want to make Hominy and shape it like
Croquettes.

Mash the hominy well. Use some of the liquid from the can. Instead of
egg, lightly roll in a little oil (I like Canola for things like this)
then in four, then again in a little oil, then panko. Fry or broil on
high in the oven.
