Sounds good. FWIW... I once found an interesting recipe for scallops
and have used it a few times. It is ridiculously simple and delicious.
Mix equal parts of cream and prepared mustard. Dip the scallops into
the mixture and then roll them in bread crumbs. Stick them on skewers
and broil them until they are golden brown.

That sounds a lot more interesting than the hamburgers we had, as good
as they were.
