I had tacos for breakfast. Dinner was a casserole of light brown rice,
ground beef, celery, green pepper, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper,
parsley and cheese. Also had a nice salad of spinach and other greens, tiny
grape tomatoes, pecans, black olives and pecans.
