Yaaaay, shoot, bet you get so you go an hour (or more) between re-fuels.
Started a butt this morning and am using oak logs. They burn long and the
extra smoke doesnt hurt a butt. Last one got a bit hot up to 375F, but with
butt, thats ok too. At noon am putting on some ribs then a chicken. Gonna
eat big tonite!
