Do not waste your time or money no matter how much they discount. I
ordered an item in November and TWICE they sent a cheaper model than
what I paid for. So I sent it back (twice), and asked for a refund after
2 mess ups. I got the right one at Williams Sonoma in 3 days. So now
Chefs has not wanded in my returned item. Mind you the Post Office shows
their agent picked it up, but it stays perpetually "in transit". Clever
way to keep the item I returned and never issue my refund. This request
preceded their "no returns" announcement. They don't answer the phone
anymore, either. You just get a busy signal.

FYI, Chefs used to be a top notch company, but Target bought it and it
went straight down the drain. Instead of improving service, they're
pulling the plug. Strike 2, Target.
