No, it's not. With lunch today, I had coleslaw made with red wine
vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

When I make creamy cole slaw, it's mayonnaise thinned with a little
vinegar, a tiny bit of sugar added to tone down the vinegar, salt,
and pepper.
