It is my fault that I bought too much but it was also far cheaper to buy it
that way. I did mention chicken. I thought someone might be able to give me
a recipe. But no. Only grief. So I'll post the recipe I will make later.

I do not have mushrooms or artichoke so will leave those out. Have not
decided on the sides but am thinking maybe some form of potato and a salad.
