This is the recipe minus the artichokes and mushrooms. I did use less butter
and I think I should have used less still. It was a tad greasy.

I used mashed potatoes and corn as sides. In retrospect it was a rather pale
meal. I was going to make a colorful salad but my greens went a bit colorful
and not in a good way. Didn't have very many left anyway.

I'm going to go cook that turkey wing now to flavor my lentils for tomorrow.
