Some here would call it "used meat". It's a sticker that they use at the
Fred Meyer stores when something is reduced in price to get rid of it
quickly. The meat usually needs to get used right away but not always. I
once bought some cheap sausages that were not even close to expiring. The
problem? Everyone who tried them said they were awful.
