Crispy Viet-Thai wings.

Seasoned wings tossed in potato starch and fried up really crisp.
Tossed in a sauce of nuoc mam cham, Mae Ploy sweet chile garlic sauce,
rice vinegar, extra garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Then sprinkled
with chopped Thai bird chiles, Hot, sour, salty, sweet, and savory.
