Nowadays they're calling anything served on a tiny bun, a slider.
There's a barbecue place that just opened up here where you can
buy a pulled pork (or brisket, etc.) slider. That's just about
enough for me--I've been meaning to go there. In addition to
the usual barbecue sides (mac & cheese, beans, potato salad)
they have a small tossed salad, which makes the place even more
attractive to me.
