Yes, it was Adolphs. I haven't found a container of Adolph's meat
tenderizer but I have found liquid flavour enhancers such as 'Kitchen
Bouquet' and 'Colgins Liquid Smoke'.

I've never actually used either of them. Fun thing to find in my
kitchen.
