I've no use for a pressure processor, they cook at too high a
temperature just to save time. I've got no reason to save time at the
expense of poor results. It's like when I was still
working and my boss would ask me when the job would be done
and I'd tell him you have two choices, do you want fast or good. With
wet cooking (braising) the best results are achieved by cooking at the
lowest temperatures. Pot cooking is like ****ing, long and slow is
best... I'm never in a hurry to end the pleasure for a thankless
result... I've not yet met the women who is happy with a two minute
**** or a thirty minute pot roast. Seems from the posts that a lot of
yoose ladies are very used to a two minute ****... lets get it over
with so yoose can get back to tv.

I bet Julie's gardner lasts at least half an hour... and in twenty
minutes is ready for a second helping. LOL
