Yeah. I didn't throw away an "Intstant Pot" (electric pressure cooker)
and a couple o' 'Crock Pots', over five yrs ago.

Why did I toss it when a pressure cooker is almost 'de rigueur' at my
altitude? Cuz it did NOT have the 'manual' which pointed out its
'safety features'. If only I'd purchased the book! Oh ....wait, a book
hadn't been written, yet.
