This is as God intended we cook. Over a fire. A pressure cooker allows one
to come home after work or school and make a pot roast for dinner. I can't
do that since I no longer have one. I have to start early or cook for the
next day. That kind of sucks but that's the reality of life sans pressure
cooker.

Well, I certainly don't use it every day, but it is useful sometimes I
also prep stuff for the next day, but then I just love to cook
