I'm thinking the advantage of any of the new electronic pressure
cookers is the removable non-stick liner pot. When you make something
cheesy that would be an advantage. I bet they also have the ability
to keep warm and that means they could also function as a slow cooker.
I don't like the electronic ones because by sitting on my counter top
they are really too high up for me to work with.
I like my stove top cooker.
