I know, hahahaaaa! When I hear a 'joint of meat' I think of two stout
men laboring to bring in a huge slab of meat with an enormous bone in it.
They're barely able to lift the platter onto the table before plunking
it down with a great thud and dishes and cups and glasses clatter about.
