I've been lurking and reading this newsgroup for several months. I'm a
newcomer to wines with about four years of dabbling. This past summer I had
the good fortune to spend three weeks in Umbria, Itlay. During that time I
tasted a large number of local wines, both red and white. My favorite
overall, was Montefalco Rosso. I enjoyed several different ones, one by
Antonelli and a second by Arnaldo Caprai; both 2001 vintage. I don't know
if this is an obscure wine to folks on this newsgroup, but it is a difficult
wine to locate in the Boston area.
