Â* And I've got one in the slow cooker too . Beef bottom round , cubedÂ*
with taters and carrots . Onions too , those I quartered and sauteed
with some added olive oil in the pan I seared the meat in . Tossed 'em
in the cooker and deglazed the (cast iron) pan with some red wine and
water . We have intense flavor to simmer into the veggies . I think I'll
make a big batch of biscuits to go along with it . I'm hoping this will
be one of those "You done good" meals .
