Jarred gefilte [fercocktah] fish... blech!

Btw, there is nothing new or unique about using tomatoes for presentation in
that manner... I've been doing the exact same thing for many years, with all
kinds of stuffing, both cold and baked... it's actually the classic
presentation for shirred eggs.
