Lefse! I haven't thought about that in a very long time. When I was a
teenager I was friends with a neighbor girl whose mother made lefse. I
was only about 14 so I really don't remember their kitchen. I do
remember the lefse was very tasty!

Around that same time (1974-ish) another friends' mom made some really
delicious peanut brittle. She was quite surprised when I asked her for
the recipe.
