I had a change of plan too. I picked up the bacon and some eggs.
Instead of French toast I made some muffins, so had bacon, poached eggs
and muffins. The muffin recipe was from the new JoC that I bought a few
months ago and they were excellent. I wondered about the use of nutmeg,
but it worked.
