French Breakfast Puffs

They are muffin-like but when taken out of the oven, the tops are immediately dipped in melted butter,
and then rolled in cinnamon/sugar. There is nutmeg in the muffin.

I don't know why they are called "puffs" ... Just to make,them sound fancy, maybe.
