We always made chocolate/hot chocolate as a kid with cocoa powder, sugar
and enough water to make a watery syrup. Then we'd add milk and either
drink that or heat the milk in a pan for hot chocolate. It's a lot quicker
these days using a microwave for all the steps. :-)
