It's pretty nifty. I loved my old 4.5qt lift-head KitchenAid, but the
Pro is amazing.
The old one was a gift from my mother-in-law, nearly 40 years ago (it's
a Hobart). It still works beautifully, and now sits on my daughter's
kitchen counter.
