Have fun with it. It is a very beautiful mixer.

In my experience, it will not comfortably handle 8lbs of dough. That
is why mine only stayed with me briefly and now resides quite happily
with one of my kids who uses it well. The kid adores it and I am
pleased it found a better home.

Its fault lay only with me.
