First things first. You misquoted and attribute the above statement to
Pamela when I was the one who wrote this.

Second, I don't know who asked the question about pancakes with lemon
juice. Does not sound appealing at all. Might be good with the addition
of sprinkled sugar. But I can say in all honesty I've never had them
served this way.
