I baked a frozen mixed berry pie. I am lousy at pie crust. Tomorrow I will
make crescent rolls. Not my thing but the others like them. Made cornbread
stuffing with added celery and onion. Rolled that inside some turkey slices
and put those in the fridge. Can just nuke them tomorrow. We'll likely be
eating at different times so this will work well. Will make additional gravy
and mashed potatoes tomorrow. Also need to do a cheese plate, plain green
beans and a tossed salad.

I watched my mom practically kill herself over Thanksgiving meals and she
made it most unpleasant for us all,. I'd much rather do an easy meal and
have everyone be happy!
