Thank you to everyone who chimed in. I took a 25 lb goat, marinated it
24 hours in 6 bottles of wine, 3 limes a cup of olive oil, 15 cloves of
garlic and a cup of juniper berries. We stuffed its body cavity with
rosemary and roasted it over a wood fire for 5 hours, basting constantly.
It was superb. Everyone but one person who had not had goat before liked
it, and everyone but one who had had goat before said it was the best
they had ever eaten.
