My eldest son used to make sponge puddings in the microwave when he lived at
home, so I presume that a cake would not be too different.

His puddings turned out ok, so maybe you should give it a try?

I have this in my folder now thanks I have some cake cooking to do. Yhis
one as well as Cheri's cakes in cups) D. could be mightily pleased lol
