He is talking about hot smoked meats, not cure smoked. Big difference.

To reply tot he OP, yes, I do it all the time. It is just as easy to smoke
two briskets and a pastrami as it is to do one. I have great brisket year
round and don't have to freeze my ass off in the winter.

A Tilia Foodsaver is great for things like this. Tastes as good as the day
it was cooked, and I'm talking even two years later.
