For one thing, there is meat in the head.

Many of us have the notion that animals only have loin chops and steaks.
There are lots of other meaty treats in them. Much ends up in sausage or
ground meat.

My guess is that you would not have wanted to be at the dinner the night
before. It was a game of "guess the body part".
