Okay, I see we disagree on this. Of course they'll get back pay. But
in the meantime they still need to buy food, pay the electric bill and
all the other silly little things people are used to having. The
electric company might not be so understanding when half the grid stops
paying their bills. Whose paying for the upkeep in the meantime when
the bills aren't being paid?
