I had a dormant Costco card for years. I was in the market for a utility
wagon for my lawn tractor. My neighbour had just got one at Costco. I
scooted down, renewed my membership and got the wagon and I was way
ahead on the game.

My friend and I occasionally go down there by motorcycle. It's a nice
ride there and back, and the limited cargo space limits our purchases.
I can get a case of 6 litres of pineapple juice, a wheel or two of Brie,
some cheddar, a big can of coffee and keep the bill under $50.
