All that cheese is not healthful for anyone but especially seniors. We
like cheese but the two of us limit ourselves to one stick of Lite
string cheese... we've both already eaten plenty of high fat/salt
pricey cheeses during our lives so we're missing nothing... trading
all that cheese for fresh fruit and veggies is a much better choice...
and we both like dried fruits too; figs, dates, apricots, prunes, all
of them.
