I wear Varilux 24/7, I sleep with them. My wife wears Varilux
contacts but I can't bear futzing with my eyes... she spends shours in
the bathroom with drops and playing in and out with those contacts.
I'm not so vain that I can't wear glasses... and I spend a lot of
dollars on high quality frames, mainly for comfort. Also wearing
contacts eventually leads to eye diseases.

I agree! They are called Varifocals here and would never have anything
else.

I couldn't get on with contacts, my eyes are too dry.
