Especially Brennans! People don't go there to have
it done *their own* way... they're going to avail
themselves of the superior food and presentation
done *Brennan's* way. We don't have many
restaurants in the class of Brennan's, IMO, that
I'd missed my chance to enjoy it if given a chance!
