I just thought of an analogy.
IRC is a network, and one has to use a program/client to access it. A
lot of people use Mirc, but there are others as well.
Same as the newsgroups/usenet. I use Agent, but others use other
programs. Same type of idea.
Does it click now?
Or do you just not want to learn to use a program to access IRC?
