when I watch a program like Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and we're back
in the kitchen with the chef assembling his signature sauce or 3-step
cooking method for something, I realize why it is practically
impossible to duplicate an item from a restaurant or bakery. There's
a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes.
