I totally agree. That's one of the primary reasons I go to a good
restaurant, to enjoy the ambience, the service and, most importantly, the
food...done "their" way. I usually also make it a point to order
something they consider one of their specialities. If not for these
things, I might as well go to a Denny's or a Big Boy.
