Del Monte pineapples are on sale this week at the market in town, 99¢.
When I bought those roasts to grind I bought two. The grands will be
here for Easter and I found out that they love pineapple so I went
back yesterday and bought two more. About an hour ago I peeled, cored
and chunked one for dinner tonight. The rest will go well with the
Easter ham and with Perry's premium vanilla ice cream.
