I base it on the stromboli that I grew up eating at one of the local
pizza chains in my hometown in PA. I use frozen bread dough (sometimes
make my own dough) and fill it with pizza sauce, pepperoni,
thinly-sliced ham, cooked Italian sausage, and mozzarella, provolone,
and parmesan/romano. It's like an inside-out pizza and is really
yummy. I make a few of 'em at a time. Each one weighs a couple of
pounds.
